Amigo Mobility International, Inc. is looking for a motivated Inside Sale Associate who is enthusiastic and teamwork-driven. As an Inside Sales Associate at Amigo Mobility International, Inc. we pride ourselves on the level of customer service we provide to our customers. The ideal candidate should be skilled in customer relationships, professional communication, team building, and possess a broad range of business acumen.

 

Description:

For the Inside Sales Associate position, Team Amigo is looking for an associate who can work a full time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, at our location in Bridgeport, Michigan. The goal of this position is to grow sales of commercial and material handling products, research new opportunities and provide sales support within our sales department.  Please read the position’s responsibilities and qualifications below to determine whether you are a good fit:

 

Job Duties:

  • Drive sales in the hospitality, retail, industrial, and distribution markets
  • Manage assigned domestic & international accounts
  • Represent Amigo at tradeshows & other events
  • Meet with key accounts on an annual basis
  • Market research on competitors, new markets, new product lines
  • Business Development: identity & pursue new account/market opportunities
  • Increase sales of new products to existing customers
  • Report on sales to projections
  • Convert quotes into orders
  • Expert in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Respond to customers within 4 hours
  • Use customer relationship management software to maintain and proactively contact accounts
  • Occasional travel

 Knowledge and Skills Preferred

  •    Bachelor’s Degree
  •    5 years sales experience (B2B or B2C)
  •    Experience in account management
  •    Strong presentation skills (development & delivery)
  •   Strong interpersonal skills
  •   Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •   Proficient with computer, customer relationship management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
